THE OSPREY TEAM
Sarasota City Center is owned by Osprey s.a., Ltd., a Florida limited partnership. The building is managed by Osprey Management Co., LLC. (An Osprey s.a., Ltd. and Starling partnership).
The combined companies own and manage about 1,500,000 ft2 in the greater Sarasota area enabling them to handle tenant requirements as they grow and change.
